Segway .......

As a fathers day present, our son had purchased a segway experience, for two, and today was the event!

The event was a Bray Lake, this is only a 20 minute drive from our home.  After signing declarations and terms and conditions, Dean, our instructor showed us how to operate the segway and then we were off.  Whole event took around an hour, it was great fund and enjoyable (even hubby enjoyed it which he didn't think he would).  

On the way home, treated ourselves to a spot of lunch at The Fifield Inn - pretty pub with a nice outside garden area.  Ordered sandwiches - me and hubby shared, having half ham and mustard and another half of halloumi and roasted vegetables.  Mmmmm.

Back home, then a quick shop to get provisions for baking, ready for the lace ladies visiting tonight.

Great evening - played Tri-ominoes, good game (didn't win overall) and one I'm sure we will be repeating at future evenings.
