Big ring

First time out on my bike for almost two years. Managed a relatively comfortable 21 miles at 15mph, despite a sticky front mech leaving me struggling on the big ring sometimes.

Joined up with the Woolwich club run for a short distance before turning for home. Only later did I realise that I only had one spare inner-tube - so walked out to Halford's later to buy a couple of new spares. Feeling (briefly) fit....
