Highlands and Islands

A transition day. 

Started with a walk at Loch an Eilein in the Cairngorms in the morning and finished with a walk along Quendale Beach on Shetland in the afternoon (see the extra).

Wildlife highlights included seeing a wildcat in the wild in the Cairngorms National Park, and a pod of dolphin (or porpoise, not sure really) close in to shore in Quendale Bay - neither photographed. :-(
