Immitation Otter

It was 8 o'clock and I had forgotten my Blip.Even worse it was getting/got dark .Grabbed the D3 with macro lens and ring flash and dashed around the garden to capture a subject.
 Nothing to be found.All had gone to bed.No Bees,wasps ect. Ah but there is a Spider. Whilst framing up the Spider an old friend of mine,caught my eye.
   That will be something different I thought! Still life.
This Otter has been guarding my Koi pond for over 30 years now.Keeps the Cats at bay. Bit covered in webs and rubbish but still looks pretty good.Cast in stone so to speak!
