Mono Monday : Contrast

We were heading to Wakefield today, so I thought a blip from the cathedral was in order. The contrast is between floor level and on high, modern minimalism and ancient decoration... the very modern chairs instead of old fashioned pews, and the incredibly simple wooden pulpit and altar; as contrasted with the stone pillars, stained glass windows, decorated archways and chandeliers.
