The window seat

The cafe was almost empty but I chose the umcomfy looking stools by the window. The view was good but I think it was more motivated by a rare child free 45 minutes that meant I could sit on the high stool!

I met with Clair to plan some exercise, now I'm pretty much where I want to be weight wise its time to get a bit fitter. I really appreciated her taking the time and a little bit of me time.
