Mmmmmmm ice cream with extra sprinkles

Well today I have had plenty to do work wise as well as socially!
So this morning I had to make my decisions on which swimmers I was going to choose for the national swimming team next year! Which was a hard decision! Then I went to work to catch up on paperwork and emails.

Following this I decide that I deserved a beautiful ice cream from notarainni's which was lush!! I did however add extra sprinkles when I got home as there were not enough e numbers to keep me going to the end of the day!

Time to go shopping now before an upper body session in the gym before a meeting later on this evening!
