Job Done

Excellent pace on our 53 mile Sportive today! I discovered the answer is to sit behind a big group of cyclists for the first ten miles and you can relax! Him Outdoors led a group of four of us out and we were the fastest we've ever been, making new friends into the bargain! Was a great experience and cheered me up no end!

Walked with Bailey and his mum for a coffee before coming home to finish school prep. The Teen came home from busking and we read an Orwell essay together before cooking dinner. Cake made afterwards to use up some blueberries too. Wholesome day with all that matters thrown in.
