Eldest had his party today. Him and his pals had a great time. I find it quite gobsmacking that he invited 9 people and came home with £75 in cash, a £15 gift card, two Lego sets, a book and sweets. That's extraordinarily generous and not something I was at all expecting (nor was eldest). Things have certainly changed since my day. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
