Yay, Summer has made a welcome appearance today and just when I was beginning to think it was over. A positive few days which means I finish the weekend on a high. Something that will seem 'the norm' to most but I actually sat at a country fayre and enjoyed an ice cream in the sun today. Something that I've not done for a while due to my aversion to eating whilst out. Still a long way to go but one small step closer to getting back to the days when I could polish of a starter, main and dessert whilst out. How I miss those days!
