Bike Safe Training Day

What a fantastic day with the Police on a Bike Safe training day. Started this morning at 08:30, lectures and discussion all morning and out on the road for a 115 mile run.
12 of us were split into pairs and each pair went out with a Police instructor. One in front, one behind and then stopping every 30 or 40 miles to swap over so the instructor could assess and advise on our riding.
I can't recommend this highly enough for any Bike Rider no matter how long you've been riding, so much information and lots of things learned.
