Hotpot #2
A few weeks ago Andy blipped a hotpot. Today we have the same theme but here are the ingredients before being put into the pot.
Many hotpots have a pot split in two with one side spicy and the other not. The pots sit on an electric hot plate or small gas stove. The diners wait for the 'soup' to boil then add the ingredients as they like and fish them out with a spoon or their chopsticks as they like. It is a very social way to eat and, besides liking the food, is one of the reasons hotpot restaurants are so popular, in Nanchang and all over China.
