Olympic Village

Up and at 'em early to get fresh rolls to go with some bacon for breakfast.
All of us went down to the centre of Vancouver to do a few bits and pieces that take 8 times longer than they should because... because..,well, because even though we live in one of the biggest countries in the world you can never find a fucking parking spot without paying an arm and a leg for it. Even though it was Saturday, the traffic warden guys on bikes were out in full force and hopefully nothing expensive will arrive in the mail. (I'm sure they're on bloody piecework).
A rather delicious lasagna and some vino to finish a good day.

This location was the Olympic Village for the athletes in 2010, pretty nice accomodation for them. When all the athletes left, they were sold.

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
