Knobbly knee

After putting up with my dodgy knee for 8 weeks or so, ( because of the moving, trip to Uk and work in the new flat) I didn't have time to get it sorted. I have what is known as a Bakercyst, it is uncomfortable and very restrictive to the movement of my knee. Any attempt to bend it past 90° results in a alot of pain, swelling and a golfball sized lump at the back of my knee. Well after a 2 week wait for an appointment I got to the Docs this morning at 09.00. 09.10 he saw me, diagnosed the problem, sent me to X. Ray ( In house) 09.32 I was in the Treatment Room, he put a drain in my knee, drained 35 mls of fluid out of it, injected me with Cortisone, Job done, I collected a Prescription as I went out and got this sexy stocking, and at 10.15 we were back home. the knee feels great I can walk without limpimg and also bend it more that 90°. Hope it lasts like that!
