At The Inlet

Nice evening over at the inlet tonight. Usual crowd of boaters out enjoying  the area's waterways. If you look carefully on the left side of this photo you can see a woman in a kayak tucked back in among the reeds waiting for the boat to pass by. Also far out in the background of this shot, you may notice three brown specs out there in the grass, those are peacocks.
Extra shows some clouds that came in a bit later making the sky appear rather interesting. 
This area is also excellent in terms of wildlife (birds) that can be seen while just sitting there enjoying drinks and live music. Within the first 30 minutes we were there, we saw an osprey, great and snowy egrets, wood storks, green herons, a great blue heron, an adult bald eagle, and all kinds of gulls and small shore birds. No alligators tonight though.
