A Long Hour

At four o'clock this afternoon, I decided to go for a quick stroll around Bordeaux to see if I could get some inspiration for today's blip ...

By five thirty, I'd walked about 300 yards, bumped into a relative of mine and had a long chat, then stopped and had another long and interesting conversation with a complete stranger ...

The topics covered in these natters varied from photography, to the flight paths of seagulls and the German "cap" on the top of the Vale Mill, to the condition of the sand in Bordeaux Harbour ... :o)

By six thirty, I managed to gather a supply of images which varied from seagulls, to sparrows ... and eventually this shot ... which even included the island of Jersey in the background (but never mind) ... :o)
