94 years young

There could be only one person in today's blip. Mum is 94 years old today.

This morning and this afternoon we had people in for tea/coffee and nice things to eat.  There were 14 this morning and 9 this afternoon. The candles were lit for both groups and so Happy Birthday had 2 outings as well.

We have lots of food left over, none suitable for me to eat........ In fact I've found it very difficult not to tuck in to cheese scones, apple cake, macaroons, melting moments, tiffin, etc, etc.

We have not yet counted the birthday cards but there are lots.

The extra is Mum proving that she has plenty of puff despite her advanced years.
