Blazing

The leaves are definitely turning. There's also a distinct chill in the air this morning, in stark contrast to the last several days of high humidity and 90 degree temperatures.  Fall is on the doorstep!

The extra photo shows a beautiful young Cooper's Hawk who flew in to perch on the urn in the vegetable garden for several minutes yesterday, in search of breakfast.  (I took the picture through the window, so I apologize for the less than perfect image quality!)
