Morning Light Breaks Through, Dennistoun Bush

We've had a busy day today in Timaru, finally clearing one of our storage units. There's something very satisfying about emptying your belonginng from storage, even if they don't come home; some of them are now housed at the hormaka-in-laws, a new home for some stuff that can't quite fit our wee house in the bush.

Talking of the forest, it was a glorious Spring morning here, so I decided to walk down to the biggest tree to stretch my legs. On the way, I loved how the light was breaking through the canopy. 

It's so nice Spring is here, but the forecast for tomorrow is not so flash....
