Race Through Nelson!

This is the main road in Nelson that the cyclist will be travelling on Monday afternoon. They will be on their way to the finish line which is in Colne for the 2nd stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race.

We can't wait for this big event for our area of Lancashire.

Later today we are travelling to Penistone near Barnsley for a 40th birthday party of my stepdaughter. We are staying over in a hotel.

Ted would love to stay there and watch them on Monday as it is a prime position. He would have to turn around though.
