Double celebration!

I spotted this wonderful fish stew recipe in a magazine, so cooked it for our supper.
We were celebrating Mr HF's homecoming after a week away working at Gatwick Airport and also, I had my fifth annual check up after being treated for breast cancer and have now been discharged!
Thankful to God, family, friends and a great team at Shrewsbury and Telford hospitals for all of the support I've received x
