Quiddler is an excellent word card game Paul and me play of an evening.
Invariably, Tiffany sits on Paul's lap and goes through a wonderful cat wash, and then has a very contented cat nap.
We watch Eggheads and then make tea.
Most evening, we are much too in active, watching favourite TV.
My crochet is going well, and I have made double crochet borders on all 20 squares in burgundy colour wool.

I have vowed to go on the air walker for at least 10 minutes each evening, but I am more likely to stick to my walking, which involves a circular walk morning and early evening.
Lack of exercise and the weight can easily return.
I watched Jamie Oliver's CH 4 programme Jamie's Sugar Rush yesterday at 9pm,
I already view sugar as a toxic ingredient, but am still eating too much, as are most of us.
