Communicating about sex and sexuality

Over the past few years I've become very comfortable talking about sex, sexuality and related topics.  So today's workshop on how to communicate with teens about the topic didn't pose too many challenges.  These seems such difficult topics for teachers, nurses and community workers to speak about in a value neutral way.  
Today was a great success where we were able to model key processes for effective communication with children and teach the adults something about the topic! For example many were amazed to learn that women have 3 orifices down below, women masturbate and can have orgasm!   
I so love doing this work and being able to hear real stories and so develop a deeper understanding of what it's like to live in these underprivileged areas.  
It's been an exhausting week!
