Mellow Yellow
This may be the last of my collages for Flower Friday, as I am running out of different colours.
Here are
Courgette flower,
Fennel flower head.
Hypericum, which is a small rockery plant in the sink garden.
Nasturtium. The only yellow one in a sea of red.
What a cold morning we have had. More like winter then autumn!
I waited until this afternoon to take the photos, and what a difference now the sun has appeared.
Here is a WARNING to anyone who has a mail box out side their gate.
Our next door neighbour has had some mail stolen from his.
He didn't find out until he received a letter from the Royal Bank of Scotland, about his request to open a new account, and a letter from Lloyds TSB about an application for a credit card.
When he rang both banks, he found out that someone ( not him) had applied for them in his name. Even had his correct date of birth!
He informed the police, and they have called to see him today.
A bogus official from the British Heart Foundation has been in the area, stealing mail from these boxes. Apparently they can get letters out, even if the box is locked.
There several houses round here with electric gates, and a mail box on the wall outside.
So be warned!
Forgot to say the title reminds me of a 1966 Donovan song.
He is still touring, and is at Leeds Town Hall on 13 October this year!
