Cherry Toms
This is the latest picking from the tomato vines in the greenhouse and there are least three more lots like this still to ripen. I thought we'd planted far too many, but we tend to eat them like sweets as they are so small and tasty, so they disappear very quickly:-)
A drive to my hairdresser in Carnoustie today, followed by a visit to the farm shop to stock up on sausages, bacon, black pudding, oat cakes etc etc. Rather an expensive trip all round:-)
Came home via the back roads and loved the colours in the trees and the hay bales dotting the fields as the sun shone for a while. Autumn is definitely trying to arrive, but there's a promise of warmer weather to come again soon. Bring it on!
