Abstract Thursday 10 A hanging basket...

...was how this began: I took a shot of the  hanging basket outside my kitchen, moving the camera about a bit to blur the image and then did rather a lot of things to it in Photoshop and Picasa, including inverting the colours, adding a reflection, pinching and some that I've now forgotten!  I think the end result looks a bit like a colourful open pearl oyster shell.
I would like to have varied things and used a more 'natural' approach this week, with less 'trickery' involved but I couldn't find any nicely rusted objects to hand to assist me.  Ah well, there's always next week!
This also happens to be my 400th blip, although I believe there is no 'official' recognition of this particular landmark.
