Beach start

The cool way to launch (but only if you can do it which I can't) so here's R showing us how it's done where you hold your sail up and jump onto the board setting off with finesse. (By the time I've sorted my sail, my board has always moved round, it's very frustrating).

"Beach starts" are often talked about, they save that horrible up hauling of the mast which blisters hands, they are usually taught mid week. Last year a guy here thought for days that we going to have a team game of beach darts!!!
