Brief Sunshine on Seahouses Harbour

And a fine view of one of my favourite boats BK86 Unity, a boat built in Seahouses in 1986, and oddly representing the change from "Fishing" boats to "Shellfish" boats, as from the 1970's true fishing boats have all but disappeared due to the need to conserve fish stocks.
(Which is a sore subject among people from Hull like me!)
You can easily tell the difference between the boat types by the gear they carry, as there are no large hoists and net spools on the Shellfish Boats, and the don't usually have badly scored sides where nets have been dragged over them.
Nevertheless they are beautiful boats, at least to someone from a fishing background like myself.
