The Duchess
Duchess of Sutherland was passing through Milton Keynes this morning with the Cathedrals Express from Rugby to Bristol. I much prefer to see steam trains around here when they are travelling north as I know a few places where it is possible to get a really good shot, but for southbound trains I've yet to find a good vantage point anywhere within about ten miles either side of the station. Instead, I just went to get the best shot I could from an overbridge as it pulled out of the station on a fairly grey and damp morning. It attracted the usual crowd of enthusiasts but given the time of day, also attracted quite a few office workers who happened to be passing on their way to work.
