Birthday drinks

Just heading out to meet a friend for some birthday cocktails. This is what I'm planning to wear..thought it was a good illustration of my love for bargain shopping! The embellished knitted top is from a charity shop in Edinburgh, the leather skirt was £7 from armstrongs vintage emporium on the grassmarket also in Edinburgh (can never resist a look in on the way home after a 6pm lecture), the tweed blazer is men's Christian Dior from a charity shop in aberdeen (for the teeny sum of £6!), the pink suede shoes are tkmaxx, and the bag is primark. The watch was from Herman brown in Edinburgh and the rest of the jewellery is topshop and miss selfridge! So at the risk of sounding like gok wan, you don't have to spend a fortune to get great clothes!
