Morning!

Work at 6.30 and finished by 8 today, so I could go see The Shawshank Redemption with my wife, and my friend and colleague Alan. So, I thought I would get my run done early too, as I was up! I usually don't manage morning runs, no energy.

But, the coffee seems to have done its thing!!
