Giving (Bray) Head
the thumbs up!
We went, we saw, we climbed, we conquered. We ate crisps. Lots of them.
The kids were full of enthusiasm at the beginning of the track and they never lost it.
They climbed and climbed and climbed, building up a solid appetite on the way.
There were bits of Doritos flying about the place when it was time for the feeding frenzy.
The three trolls on acid were a lot more energetic during their ascent of the Almighty Bray Head, and descent too, than the German students we met on the way up. All 762 of them.
Back home, it was time for Finnzy-Bob to recreate his climbing adventure with the sofa cushions, Mimi was playing dead, and Luca... well... Luca was being Luca.
And there was one more e-mail in my inbox that left me totally gobsmacked. I am getting very excited about the next three weeks.
They'll sleep well tonight.
Their Dad too.
They look so healthy here, I have no idea what I am going to write on their sick note for tomorrow at school...
