Jelly biscuits
Jelly biscuits & ice cream.
Crush 8oz digestives and mix in 4oz butter, flatten in tray and leave to set.
To one can of condensed milk add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and some gelatine. Pour on top of biscuit base and leave to set.
Finally prepare a strawberry jelly and pour onto set milk and then leave to set again.
Eat and enjoy!
