First Time Flyers?

After yesterday's smug comment about the first day of school, we were up pretty early this morning to meet Kate in her school car park and collect Sophie, as Wednesday will be one of our days to look after her this year.

We were obviously beaten to it by these (possibly) novice balloonists who must have been up, up and away at first light. It was certainly a perfect morning for it.

We enjoyed a picnic lunch at the outdoor pool, having worked up an appetite after much splashing and kicking in the children's pool (Sophie that is, not us!)

Much to everyone's surprise, Yeovil managed a win last night, in a game where both sides were comically inept at times.
