Ever since I visited the Eiffel Tower I found myself painting or drawing tower images from time to time, I felt the journey up and into the tower was more a journey into another dimension, certainly a passage into space: a very physically and psychologically impressive experience.

This disintegrating or metamorphosing tower can bring only one terrible event to mind that has been seared into the western consciousness.
