Crossing the River

The route from the Bremer Hut to the Nuernburger Hut takes us over the Simmingjochl Pass (2764m), where there was evidence of snow having fallen, and down a series of ladders and fixed ropes into "Paradis". Unfortunately it is all in the cloud, but when stopping for lunch we notice that we are being watched by 2 ibex with massive horns- silhouetted in the mist. The weather starts to improve as we cross the raging Langtal river. There is a decided reluctance to pose on the bridge together.
