Yam Hawk moth larvae??? (Theretra nessus) キイロスズメ

Putting this one up a day late. An uninspiring shot but it was sluicing down yesterday, and it was also my first day back at work.I guess I was lucky to get anything at all!   It's always good to find a hawk moth caterpillar anyway, even if they make for difficult subjects.

I think this is the caterpillar of the Yam hawk moth. I've found them in the garden before so it's likely.
