Lunch Today

The last day of my time away from Blenheim. Margaret and I drove to Petone to visit the Dutch shop. There I bought imported cheeses - my favourite being a Moulin Blue Goat Cheese. Yum! We then had lunch at a favourite cafe .... "Caffiend". The Thai Beef Salad pictured here was one of the best meals I have had in a long time.
The weather was unsettled and when it rained it poured.
I returned to Picton on the Interislander Ferry, the Aratere. A smooth crossing with the nor-west wind behind us. Keith met me there and once home the animals were pleased to see me. Except for Molly who seems to have gone AWOL. This is a worry and I hope she turns up soon..
