Born in the rain

I always feel sorry for animals born in the wet, cold weather.  Today it poured during the day, so when this wee calf was born, it had to endure the terrible weather.  Luckily mum was close by to keep an eye on her baby, and for the calf to have a nice warm drink of colostrum.
