"The Head"

This was taken on our trip in the van - I'm only just getting some of the photos sorted now. It is taken at the Headwaters of the Condamine River near Killarney in Qld. It is also the Head of the Murray Darling Basin, Australia's largest river system. There is a fantastic off road track for high rise 4WD's that crosses the river (shallow rocky crossings) fourteen times. It was one of the most enjoyable bush drives I have done in Australia (not in the van of course:) The sign in "Extra photos" gives a bit more detail.
