Sign of the times?

I went into Keswick to take minutes for a museum project meeting. Then I did a little shopping and as I walked through the centre I heard a flute. It sounded very good and I thought I'd have a look.
This is what I saw! I did ask if I could take a photo but as I didn't mention posting on blip I thought I would leave it like this. It was the notice I was really after. Can our society be going backwards by any chance?
