Another insect bomb

I was trying to get a photo of the last sunflower bud that is still yet to bloom - I was intrigued by the spikiness of the bud. As soon as I started to take photos this fly kept zooming in and out, so in the end I admitted defeat and because of its persistence decided it should be today's blip.
