Not the slightest sign of hay left now, just the effects of sun and rain over the last week.



I took this one shortly after coming off my bike a bit further along the track. My elbow and ankle scraped along the ground. My helmet hit the tarmac and bounced my head up again. The elbow, scraped through three layers of clothing, needed a trip to the GP. My head was undamaged. Cyclists: wear sturdy helmets!
