San Diego River Walk

They have done improvements to the San Diego River. There are a large number of condos & businesses located along the S.D. River.  There are large numbers of homeless living along the river. There is a nice paved walk above & along the river.  We are due for our 100 year flood of Mission Valley & a wet year is expected therefore if they have not done enough "flood control" there probably be millions of dollars of damage done & lives lost next rainy season.  In 1917, this was all farm land & the farmer only had to move their cattle up the hillside but even then people died.
