waiting for Punch and Judy

We ignored the rain and set off to town, Emilia loved Punch and Judy, she even attempted stealing their sausages, she's the bravest of all! ;-)
She had a free ice cream and candy floss too, well done W. city council, but where did you find the money for it all; all we can hear are cuts, cuts everywhere.
