SEED HEADS

Mr.MS7 woke up this morning with a very bad back. He had difficulty getting out of bed and once out was in considerable pain. I walked the dogs on my own, and whilst out left Mr.MS7 doing his back exercises and walking around trying to get mobile again.
We popped into town as we needed to go to the bank. Mr.MS7 came for the dog walk, late afternoon. We took it slowly and kept to the lanes and he managed quite well.
