Wake me up when September ends.....

to steal a title from Green Day. The new month has started much as the last one finished with some really unwelcome and quite heavy rain. It all started to feel a bit personal as every time I got ready to venture outside the rain would start! Still it looks as though the neighbours are going to have lots of apples.
