Wedding party

I'd heard some cheering as I approached the Buchanan Arms Hotel and came across this wedding party that had gathered outside for some official photographs, but unfortunately I was just too late to catch them posing.

However, it's still interesting to sneak a peep at the pretty little flower-girls and the gents looking very smart in their kilts. The icing on the cake for the entire wedding party must have been that the weather was almost perfect - dry and warm(ish).

Last night, as always, the Edinburgh Military Tattoo made excellent viewing on television, unlike the new Scottish "comedy" 'Mountain Goats', which is appalling!  What on earth made the BBC commission such a dreadful series, even after the pilot episode was slammed by critics? (Excuse the rant.)
