The Great Chinese Bake off

Every 4 weeks I have to bake  for the girls on my floor, we rotate this duty with the other dorm parents so we always have home cooked treats for our Monday meeting. It was my turn this week, so I went for the English classic the Victoria Sponge. I think I might enjoy this 'duty'.
