These shiny chimneys look very urban but they were at a conference centre which is in the middle of nowhere in some converted barns. I think they are to do with an anaerobic digester.
The conference was about Thriving Families, Oxfordshire's take on the Troubled Families much discussed by Mr Pickles last week.
